Reservation for less price increase depending on the Swedish interest rate situation or change of local costs.
High Season 6000 Sec (Week 23 -35)
Mid Season 5000 Sec (Week 18 -22) (36 - 39)
Low Season 4000 Sec (Week 40 -17)
At the time of booking, 1000 sec per week will be paid in booking fee and remaining fee not later than 30 days before rental.
Booking fee will not be refunded on cancellation.
If a cancellation is submitted later than 30 days prior to the rental period, half the rental amount will be charged excluding booking fee.
Sheets and towels
For 1-4 people
The price includes, per rental period, a set of sheets and a large towel per person as well as towels for the kitchen.
For person 5 and up
For each guest over 4, an additional charge for sheets and towels of 200 sec per person and rental period is charged
(this to cover the laundry costs of the local laundry facility).
Towels to the beach are not included.
Electricity and Water
The electricity consumed during the rental period approximately 300-500 sec per week during normal summer consumption) is an additional cost.
Consumption depends largely on the amount of air conditioning used.
The price is 7 sec per kwh (Includes cost for water consumption).
On arrival and departure, the electricity meter is read in the appartment by the tenant.
The readings are reported to me (mail, sms, phone) upon arrival home and will be charged to the tenant.
If reading does not come an estimated electricity cost will be charged.
Changeover Day
Normally, the change is on Sundays but if the week before or after not is rented out, another day can be discussed.
